Facility Cited After Resident Given 12 Shots and a Beer

State investigators have found an assisted-living facility responsible for neglect after an employee allegedly gave a resident 12 shots of liquor and a beer.

According to the investigative finding, the alcohol was provided before the resident was scheduled to attend a medical appointment.
