Fargo Homicide Suspect Held Without Bond in Nebraska

A Fargo homicide suspect will remain jailed without bond in Nebraska while awaiting extradition to North Dakota.

Forty-two-year-old Brandon George is charged with murder in the death of his mother, Pamela Mendoza. Fargo police found Mendoza dead Monday during a welfare check at the apartment they shared.

Authorities arrested George in Nebraska following a pursuit that allegedly exceeded 100 miles per hour. He appeared in Lancaster County Court Thursday. His next hearing is scheduled for November 3rd. The murder charge remains an allegation.
