Fatal Crash Near Willmar

(Willmar, MN) — A Willmar man died in a crash between a car and semi loaded with turkeys on Highway 23 southwest of Willmar Tuesday morning.

The State Patrol says the driver of the car, 42-year-old Jose Nunez, died at the scene.

The semi-driver, 30-year-old Marlo Guevara of Willmar man was not injured.

The crash happened just before 8am and rain was falling at the time of the crash.
