Fergus Falls Woman Killed In Truck Crash

A Fergus Falls area woman was killed in an accident involving a boom truck over the weekend in Otter Tail County. 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, McKayla Ann Schicker (27) died after the northbound 2004 GMC Envoy she was driving collided with a southbound 2002 GMC C-Series Boom Truck. 

Schicker was not wearing a seat-belt at the time of the accident reported Friday at around 1:30pm. Road conditions were listed as wet. 

The driver of the truck, Henry Francis Gibbs, (23) of Battle Lake suffered no apparent injury.
