Fire at ACGC School

Authorities are investigating a fire that was reported Thursday morning at the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City School in Grove City.

The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office says at just before 8am, they received a report of a fire at the school on Highway 4.

A short time later, staff at the school called and said there was a fire in a boy’s restroom.

It was learned a toilet paper dispenser was ignited and the fire suppression system was activated and the fire was put out.

No injuries were reported.
