MINOR DAMAGE IN REPORTED KITCHEN FIRE AT KAISERHOFF

The New Ulm Fire Department was called to the report of a kitchen fire at Kaiserhoff this (Wednesday) morning.  The call came in at 11:49 am.  The fire was contained to the kitchen where it was determined a loose gas connection was the cause.  Damage was minimal and no injuries were reported.  The building was evacuated and occupants were all allowed back in when fire crews left.  Crews were on the scene for approximately 30 minutes.  New Ulm Police assisted the fire department at the scene.
