FIVE HURT IN REDWOOD COUNTY CRASH
The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office was called to a crash between two Chevrolet Silverados Monday morning at 10:23 am at the intersection of County State Aid Highway 6 and 4. Both drivers – 63-year-old Jeffrey Magdik of Centerville and 26-year-old Thalia Calderon Rodriguez of South Sioux City, Nebraska and three of her passengers were taken to area hospitals. No word on their conditions but the injuries are believed to be non-life threatening. Both vehicles had to be towed. Wabasso, Walnut Grove and Lamberton ambulance, Wanda Fire Department and the state patrol assisted at the scene.
