Flores responds to Tua comments

(Eagan, MN) — Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores has spoken out after his old quarterback made disparaging comments about him earlier in the week. Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa called his former head coach a “terrible person” when speaking about his experience with Flores in Miami. The Vikings defensive coordinator told reporters yesterday that he holds players to a high standard but it is always focused on making a positive impact with his players. He also said that he wishes Tagovailoa nothing but the best for this upcoming season. Flores and the Vikings take on the Eagles to wrap up preseason on Saturday at noon. The team will practice today in Eagan.
