GAS PRICES GO WAY UP

Average gas prices in Minnesota have risen 46.5 cents per gallon in the past week averaging $3.27 a gallon today (Monday) according to GasBuddy’s  survey of over 2800 stations in Minnesota.  Prices in Minnesota are 63.2 per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 26.1 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.  The national average price of diesel has increased to 85.9 cents compared to a week ago and stands at $4.60 per gallon.  GasBuddy says reporting stations in New Ulm range from $3.29 to $3.39 per gallon this (Monday) morning.
