Glencoe Man Cited Following Noise Complaint in Thief River Falls

A Glencoe area man was arrested following a report about excessive noise Sunday in Countryside Trailer Court in Thief River Falls. 

Cole Howard Knochenmus was arrested after a caller reported that “a guy has been sitting in his white and black suburban for over an hour revving his engine”. Knochenmus was charged with Driving After Cancellation, and No Child Restraint. 

Officers responded just after 2:30pm.
