Gopher Track and Field chasing spots in NCAA Tournament

The University of Minnesota track and field teams are in Fayetteville this week for the NCAA West Regional, with qualifiers trying to punch tickets to the NCAA Outdoor Championships. The Gophers entered regionals with 40 combined entries after a strong Big Ten meet. The men won three Big Ten event titles, including a record-setting 4-by-100 relay, while Anthonette Nabwe repeated as women’s hammer throw champion. Competition runs through Saturday.
