Gopher Womens Hockey gets a win on New Years

(Lakeville, MN) — The University of Minnesota women’s hockey team opened up the calendar year with a 4-1 win over Bemidji State in the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Museum Women’s Face Off Classic at Hasse Arena in Lakeville. The Gophers next take the ice on Friday night in the East/West Showcase when they host Brown on Friday. Saturday they’ll face off against Penn State. Both games start at 4:30 P-M at Ridder Arena.
