Guatemalan Pleads Guilty After Bringing Dozen of Pounds of Meth to MN
A Guatemala man has entered a plea in a drug trafficking case that brought dozens of pounds of meth to Minnesota.
Ramiro Guerra (67) pleaded guilty this week to one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine in U.S. District Court. According to court documents, Guerra arrived in the Twin Cities with a semi-truck bound from California that contained approximately 72 pounds of methamphetamine and 80 kilograms of cocaine.
A sentencing hearing will be scheduled at a later time.
