GUSTAVUS NAMES NEW PRESIDENT
Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter has named a new president. Dr. John Volin, who is currently the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost at the University of Maine, will serve as the college’s 18th President. He is a Sioux Falls native was selected from a pool of over 60 applicants and will start his duties on August 15 following the retirement of President Rebecca Bergman who has led the college since 2015.
