HIGHWAY 19 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT NEAR WINTHROP STARTS TODAY (MONDAY)

The Highway 19 Winthrop bridge replacement project starts today (Monday).  The project includes replacing the box culvert under Highway 19 to improve drainage and enhance safety.  You will be detoured to Highway 15 and Sibley County Roads 10 and 4 until the completion of the project, which is scheduled for mid-October, weather permitting.  The project was originally planned for 2022, but was postponed until this year because of unanticipated soil conditions.
