HIGHWAY 4 DETOUR SOUTH OF SLEEPY EYE TO BE REMOVED TODAY (MONDAY)
MnDOT says Highway 4 from Sleepy Eye to County Road 24 is expected to open to traffic by the end of the day today (Monday) as the replacement of the Cottonwood River Bridge is done. The MnDOT contractor is expected to return next spring to complete finishing work. The Highway 4 project between St. James and Sleepy Eye included roadway, bridge and drainage improvements plus resurfacing approximately 25 miles of roadway and three bridges were replaced.
