Hubert A. Jeurissen

Hubert A. Jeurissen, age 92 of Belle Plaine, entered into eternal life on Friday, August 14, 2026,
at his home. Memorial Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Our Lady of
the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle Plaine. Fr. Michael Kaluza will officiate. Visitation will be
one hour prior to the Mass at the church.
Hubert was born in Carver County on March 30, 1934, the son of Hubert and Genevieve
(LaTour) Jeurissen. He married Eileen Ebert on August 21, 1954. Though their paths changed,
Hubert and Eileen remained deeply committed to their family, sharing countless milestones and
holidays together. Hubert was a lifelong farmer and mechanic and spent many years on the St.
Lawrence Township board. He was also in a bowling league at Borough Bowl for many years.
Hubert loved all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family gatherings made him happy.
He is preceded in death by his parents and all his siblings.
Hubert is survived by his children, Dave (MaryLynn) of Belle Plaine, Deb (Shane) Legg of Belle
Plaine, Tom (Lynne) of Belle Plaine, and Diane (Dave) Mulcrone of Shakopee. 9 Grandchildren,
12 great-grandchildren, and former spouse Eileen Jeurissen.
