Hutchinson Man Guilty of Criminal Sexual Conduct

GLENCOE, MN—A Hutchinson man has been convicted of criminal sexual conduct.

On Monday, the McLeod County jury found 26-year-old Alexander Lee Endres guilty of two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree.

The jury returned the guilty verdicts following a jury trial that spanned six days.

The jury found Endres sexually abused a minor female under the age of 14 and that the abuse involved multiple acts committed over an extended period of time including August 6, 2022, and September 30, 2022.

Ryan Hansch, McLeod County Attorney, who prosecuted the case, noted the bravery the Victim demonstrated during her testimony during trial. “This survivor showed courage and resilience in her testimony.

Endres is scheduled to be sentenced on November 12, 2024, at the McLeod County Courthouse.
