Idled Ethanol Plant in Luverne Expected to Resume Production
(Learfield News/Luverne, MN) — The idled Agri-Energy ethanol plant in southwestern Minnesota is expected to resume production soon.
State Agriculture Commissioner Thom Petersen visited the plant in Luverne Wednesday that has been sitting idle for a few years.
Petersen said on social media that Agri-Energy,” will begin producing ethanol again hopefully next week with new owners and over 100 investors.”
