Illegal Dumping in Renville County

The Renville County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance regarding several carp that were illegally dumped near Bayberry Ave in Olivia sometime this past weekend.

Due to the unusual location and circumstances surrounding the dumping, authorities are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity, vehicles in the area, or individuals disposing of fish to contact the MN DNR.

Officials say illegal dumping not only creates environmental concerns but also impacts the cleanliness and safety of the community.
