Impaired Driver Allegedly Smashes Into Signs At TRF Roundabout

A Thief River Falls area man was arrested following reports that someone ran over signs at the Barzan roundabout on 3rd.  

Police say they received multiple 911 calls reporting that a gray vehicle “ran over signs in the round about and kept going”. 51 year old Mark Alan Haugen was arrested and charged with Third Degree DWI. According to the report, Haugen was “over .16”. 

Police responded Wednesday just before 8pm.
