Injury Reported After Harley Trike Strikes Deer

One person from Thief River Falls was injured in a single vehicle motorcycle crash over the weekend in Red Lake County

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Lynda Diane Scholin (69) was injured when the northbound Harley Trike in which she was a passenger collided with a deer Saturday night on Highway 59 in Emardville Township. The driver of the vehicle, Robert Lee Scholin (70) of Thief River Falls suffered no apparent injuries in the accident reported just before 9pm. 

Officials say alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
