Injury Reported In Deer/Motorcycle Collision

A Lake Park area man was injured over the weekend when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a deer in Polk County. 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Duane Keith Hendrickson (62) was injured when the 2004 Harley Davidson he was driving hit a deer on Highway 32 in Godfrey Township. 

Hendrickson was taken to Riverview Health and treated for injuries troopers at the scene described as non-life threatening. Hendrickson was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident reported just before 7:30pm. 

Officials say alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
