Intentional Damage to Property Reported at TRF Business

A Redby area man was cited following a disturbance Tuesday at a Thief River Falls business. 

Clarence Spears Junior (33) was cited for 4th Degree Intentional Damage to Property. According to the report, sheriff’s deputies were dispatched after a caller reported that “someone was just in our bathroom and ripped the paper towel dispenser off the wall along with pictures”. 

Deputies responded just after 3pm.
