James “Jim” Richter, age 76, of Norwood Young America passed away Sunday February 22, 2026 at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Tuesday March 10, 2026 at Church Of The Ascension in Norwood Young America.  Gathering of family and friends held ALL AT THE CHURCH 4-7:00PM Monday March 9, 2026 and Tuesday one hour prior to the Mass.   Interment in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
