Jeffrey Thomas Mertens, age 62, of Echo, Minnesota, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Parkview Senior Living in Belview, Minnesota. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.  at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Redwood Falls with interment at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery at Seaforth, Minnesota.  Visitation will be at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home on Monday, July 6, 2026, from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M.  Further visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the Mass.  Arrangements are with Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home of Redwood Falls.
