Jefferson Misses Practice; Sunday Status Uncertain

Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson missed Wednesday’s practice while recovering from an ankle injury. Coach Kevin O’Connell says Jefferson is day-to-day and that it is too early to determine whether he can play Sunday against Miami.

Jefferson was injured during Minnesota’s opening drive in last weekend’s win over Tampa Bay and did not return. The Vikings host the Dolphins at U.S. Bank Stadium as they try to improve to 4–0. Jefferson has not been ruled out.
