JOGGER KILLED IN COTTONWOOD COUNTY

A jogger is dead after being struck by a vehicle near Mountain Lake Saturday morning.  The Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office says two people were running along a county road when a 39-year-old Mountain Lake woman was hit by a pickup.  Deputies say the woman died at the scene.  The incident is still under investigation.
