KASSON FAMILY WANTS ANSWERS AFTER DOG SHOT IN FENCED-IN BACKYARD
A Kasson family wants answers after their dog was shot in their fenced-in backyard. Police say a Husky was shot three times, two bullets grazing his neck and a third that shattered his jaw leaving him in critical condition. Part of his jaw had to be removed to save his life. Emergency surgery cost around $13,000. Police say the incident happened between 2:30 and 3 pm Saturday. Police say they have collected evidence but have not identified any suspects.
