St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Eden Valley is hosting their Smelt and Fish Fry on Saturday, April 25th, serving from 11a-7p (or until gone).  All you can eat for $20 per person, Ages 7-12 $10.  Serving Smelt, Cod, Potato Salad, Beans, Coleslaw and more.  Don’t forget to shop the church bake sale as well.

St John’s Lutheran Church of Hollywood has their Salad Luncheon on Saturday, April 25th from 11a-1p.  Adults are $13, Children 5-12 are $5.

East Norway Lake Lutheran Church of New London is holding their Meatball Dinner on Sunday, April 26th from 11a-1p.  Cost is $15 adults, $8 kids 6-12.  Proceeds benefit missions and church improvements.

Glencoe Regional Health will host a community blood drive with the American Red Cross on Wednesday, April 29 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Glencoe City Center. As a special perk, blood donors will receive a $15 e-gift card to the merchant of their choice from the American Red Cross. Cups and Conversation will be on Saturday, May 2 from 9:00 am -10:30 am at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Hutchinson.  Bring your coffee cup and a friend for coffee/treats, fellowship and an information session entitled “Dementia Friends” presented by Melissa Wentzel who is a program developer with the Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging.  This session helps everyone to understand what dementia is and how it affects people and how each of us can make a difference for people touched by dementia.

Hunters Ridge Community Church in Hutchinson is holding their annual Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, May 2nd from 4:30-7pm.  Cost is $12/adults, $6/kids 8 and under.  Proceeds go to help send kids to Bible Camp.

St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church of Winthrop has their annual Chicken Dinner on Sunday, May 3rd from 11a-1p.  Dine in or take out, serving a ¼ chicken dinner.  Cost is $15/person.  Plus don’t forget to take part in their spring raffle!

Waverly Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfast will be held on Sunday, May 3rd-  from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Waverly KC Hall – 301  5th St N, Waverly.  Serving Pancakes, (regular and blueberry), french toast, sausage, eggs, coffee, milk and juice.  Takeout’s available.  There will be a free will offering at the door.  Proceeds donated to – Knights of Columbus Scholarships
