LAKE CRYSTAL MAN CRITICALLY HURT IN CRASH WITH SEMI

A Lake Crystal man suffered life threatening injuries when the SUV he was driving collided with a semi Wednesday afternoon.  The state patrol was called to Highway 169 at County Road 69 in South Bend Township Blue Earth County at 5:42 pm.  50-year-old Jeremy Kuznia of Lake Crystal was driving the SUV.  He was taken to MCHS in Mankato with life threatening injuries.  The driver of the semi 63-year-old Jimmie Davis of Minneapolis wasn’t hurt.  Mankato police, South Bend Fire, the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office, Mayo ambulance and North Memorial Flight all assisted at the scene.
