Laurel “Pete” Peterson, age 89, of Madelia, died on July 10, 2024, at Madelia Health in Madelia.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Sturm Funeral Home in Madelia and will continue on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 10:00 am until at the service at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Madelia on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 11:00 am. Interment will be at St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Nicollet.
