In 1983 LeRoy and his mother, Nellie, built a new house in Beardsley and lived there until 2022.  LeRoy took care of his mother until her death in 2011.  In 2022 he moved to Water’s Edge Assisted Living in Clinton.  In 2023 he became a resident of Grace Home Nursing Home in Graceville.
