Litchfield Man Injured in ATV Crash

A Litchfield man was injured in an ATV crash Saturday afternoon in Meeker County at a location on the south side of Lake Minnie-Belle.

The Sheriff’s Office says 44-year-old Patrick Riley was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say Riley was driving an ATV at a residence on 193rd Street when he struck a tree and was thrown from the ATV just after 4:30pm.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
