Little Falls Woman Airlifted After E-Bike Crash Near Motley

A Little Falls woman was airlifted to the hospital following an electric-bike crash south of Motley.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Heather Bauer was riding west on Scandia Drive shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday when she crashed into a ditch. Authorities say Bauer was unable to move following the crash.

She was flown by Life Link to St. Cloud Hospital. The extent of her injuries was not immediately known.

The crash happened in Scandia Valley Township, about seven miles south of Motley. Scandia Valley emergency crews and Mayo Clinic Ambulance assisted at the scene.
