Luke Combs Becomes First Country Star To Achieve Triple Diamond Status

In 2023, only 8 country songs had ever reached RIAA certified Diamond status.  That status means that the song sold more than 10 million copies.   One of those 8 songs was Luke Combs‘ “Beautiful Crazy”.   It hit diamond status on June 12, 2023.

This year, he just had two more songs become Diamond-certified.

“When It Rains It Pours” and “Hurricane” have recently hit the mark.    On Tuesday,  Luke was awarded the  plaques stating his achievements during a Grand Ole Opry appearance.

He now becomes the first artist to achieve three Diamond-certified country songs.
