Lynx win, Reeve makes history

The Minnesota Lynx picked up more than just a road win Wednesday night. They beat the Connecticut Sun, 86-80, and head coach Cheryl Reeve became the WNBA’s all-time leader in regular-season coaching wins with number 380. Minnesota closed strong, outscoring Connecticut 26-15 in the fourth quarter. Kayla McBride led the Lynx with 23 points, while the win moved Minnesota to 16-and-6 on the season, still sitting on top of the Western Conference. The WNBA’s official game page also listed 13 lead changes and 10 ties, showing just how tight this one was before the Lynx finished it off.
