Man from Hoffman is hospitalized following crash near Long Prairie over the weekend
(Long Prairie, MN)–Officials say that two people are injured in a single-vehicle crash in Todd County over the weekend. The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash took place on Sunday evening along Highway 71 near Long Prairie.
Walter Guerrero, 39, of Hoffman was reportedly driving southbound on Highway 71 when his car left the roadway and went into the ditch. He was taken to CentraCare Hospital in Long Prairie with non-life-threatening injuries.
A passenger also suffered non-life-threatening injuries but was not hospitalized. A third person in the vehicle was not injured in the crash
The Minnesota State Patrol says alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
