Man Seriously Injured After Fall From Roof

A Paynesville man was seriously injured after falling from a roof in Renville County Friday morning north of Hector.

The Sheriff’s Office says 35-year-old Jerman Lieser was working on a roof at a farm site in Brookfield Township when he fell off the roof and then hit his head on the scissor lift.

The Sheriff’s Office says Lieser sustained serious injuries from the fall and was flown to a trauma center for treatment.

The incident happened just before 8am.
