MANKATO PUBLIC SAFETY INVESTIGATING DEATH

Mankato Public Safety is investigating the death of an adult male whose body was found in an alleyway this (Wednesday) morning.  First responders were called to 418 South Second Street around 9:45 am for the report of an unresponsive person.  Officials say there are currently no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and authorities believe there isn’t any active threat to the public.  Authorities will release more information when it becomes available.
