Miles Leads Lynx Past Mystics, 94-84

Rookie Olivia Miles scored a game-high 24 points as the Minnesota Lynx defeated the Washington Mystics 94-to-84 Friday night.

Natasha Howard added 21 points on 10-of-12 shooting. Washington remained within striking distance until Kayla McBride connected on two important three-pointers late in the fourth quarter, extending Minnesota’s lead to ten.

The Lynx have won six straight and 16 of their last 17 games. Minnesota improved to 31-and-7 and won the season series against Washington, two games to one.
