Minnesota Governor Candidates Meet at Farmfest

Four leading candidates for Minnesota governor took part in a forum Wednesday during the second day of Farmfest.

DFL U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar joined Republican candidates Lisa Demuth, Mike Lindell and Kendall Qualls. The candidates answered questions about health care, government fraud, agriculture and other issues affecting Minnesota farmers.

The forum came less than a week before Minnesota’s primary election on Tuesday, August 11.

The timing was corrected using the official Farmfest schedule and Minnesota Secretary of State election calendar.
