Minnesota Primary Pre-Registration Deadline Is Today

Today is the deadline for Minnesotans to pre-register to vote in the August 11th state primary.

Online registrations must be submitted by 11:59 tonight. Paper applications must be received by 5 P-M. Registering in advance can save voters time at the polls.

Anyone who misses the deadline can still register when voting by absentee ballot or at their polling place on Primary Election Day. Proof of residence will be required.

Absentee voting by mail and in person is already underway and continues through August 10th.
