Minnesota PWHL team evens Championship Series at 1 game a piece

(Boston, MA) — Minnesota’s P-W-H-L team went to Boston on Tuesday night blanked them 3-0 to even their best of series at 1-1. Nicole Hensley made 20 saves to pitch the shutout and Sophie Jacques scored the final two goals to ice the victory. Michela Cava scored her second goal of the playoffs to net the eventual game winner late in the first period and it was all Minnesota from there. The series shifts to Minnesota on Friday for Game 3 with a 7 P-M puck drop from Xcel Energy Center.
