Minnesota State Fair Sets Opening-Day Attendance Record

The Minnesota State Fair opened its 12-day run with a record crowd.

Fair officials say 155-thousand-185 people passed through the gates Thursday. That broke the previous Opening Day record by 16-thousand-310 visitors.

The previous record of 138-thousand-875 was set in 2024. Last year’s Opening Day attendance was 137-thousand-148.
