Minnesota Voters Head to Polls in Major Primary Races

Minnesota voters are casting ballots today in several closely watched primary races.

Congresswoman Angie Craig and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan are competing for the DFL nomination for U.S. Senate.

Republicans have a contested governor’s primary featuring House Speaker Lisa Demuth, businessman Kendall Qualls and MyPillow founder Mike Lindell.

Other races to watch include Minnesota’s open Second Congressional District, the Hennepin County attorney contest, state auditor and several legislative seats.

Most polling places are open from 7 AM until 8 PM. Voters who are in line by 8 PM are allowed to cast a ballot. Minnesota Secretary of State voting information
