MN United falls to Sporting KC

Minnesota United came up short on the road Wednesday night, falling 2-1 to Sporting Kansas City. Dejan Joveljić scored in the first half for Kansas City, and Manu García added another in the second before the Loons tried to rally late. Minnesota had a big chance near the 90th minute, but Anthony Markanich pushed it wide. The Loons now turn the page quickly, with Vancouver coming to Allianz Field on Saturday.
