MNDOT MONITORING ROADS, HAVE CLOSED A FEW

MnDOT is advising motorists that several roads remain closed due to flooding.  Officials say that Highway 99 bridge at St. Peter will close tonight (Friday) at 7 pm (closed last night).  Traffic will be detoured to Highway Le Sueur County Road 21.  One lane is closed on Highway 60 in Windom near the Junction of Highway 71 and Highway 19 east of Henderson is closed with a temporary detour.  A few of the highways being monitored with potential to close or have lane restrictions are Highway 93 from Highway 169 to Le Sueur, Highway 99 east of the Minnesota River Bridge and northbound Highway 169 north of St. Peter.  You can always monitor the latest road conditions at 511 mn dot org.  MnDOT advises you to be aware of road conditions as they can change quickly. Cottonwood Street in New Ulm is closed from Highway 15 to Butternut Street.
