Montevideo VA Clinic opens at new location on June 17

St. Cloud, Minn:  The Montevideo VA Clinic is moving to a new, larger facility located at 814 N. 11th St., in Montevideo. Starting Monday, June 17, 2024, all Veteran appointments will occur at the new location.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled on Friday, June 28, at 1 p.m. Veterans served by the clinic are invited to attend.

The clinic offers primary health care services including annual wellness exams, chronic disease management, health screenings, mental health and social work services, lab services, medication management and clinical pharmacy services, home-based care series, telehealth services, and referrals to the St. Cloud VA Medical Center, other VA facilities, and to in-network community health care providers for specialty services.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed weekends and federal holidays. The telephone number to the clinic is 320-269-2222, which remains unchanged.
