Monticello Sewage Spill

Residents of The Meadows mobile-home park in Monticello say raw sewage is again pooling beneath homes and spreading across lawns.

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency fined the property nearly 14-thousand dollars in March following earlier untreated-sewage discharges and delayed corrective work.

Residents say the recurring problem has created strong odors and unsanitary conditions. State regulators have been notified about the latest reports.
